In a building over 100 years old, set on a country road dotted with lush farmland and grazing horses, you will find The Millbrook Inn: our serene retreat located in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Filled with authentic furnishings, high-end fabrics, and a mix of found objects and eclectic art, each of our nine rooms at our Hudson Valley Inn tells a unique story. They bring to mind an iconic American Colonial home, but are freshly reimagined with a modern twist. Every stay includes our locally sourced farm-fresh breakfast each morning. Our restaurant, The Vintage, features a wood burning fireplace in our bar and a glass conservatory-style dining room. Hotel Tivoli and its accompanying farm-to-table restaurant, The Corner, is a century-old building situated in the historic town of Tivoli, NY. Owned by painters Helen and Brice Marden, the property consists of 11 rooms that are uniquely designed — all have ensuite bathrooms, original artwork, village views, and bright colors. Join locals at the restaurant and bar downstairs for a Mediterranean-inspired menu. Chef Christopher Colby Miller and team create an often-changing seasonal menu using products from local farms. The bar, headed by Devan Reid, offers a vibrant list of wines a and fresh-ingredient cocktails.
