For Lake Houston area families looking for a great place to escape just minutes away, Harris County Precinct 3 offers parks that are both scenic and educational.

The Jesse H. Jones Park and Nature Center and Mercer Botanic Gardens and Arboretum are considered "signature parks" by the precinct. They provide environmental educational opportunities for young minds who can gain knowledge from park staff.
