Parker Posey is letting go of her posh Chelsea triplex, the New York Post reports. The Party Girl star has listed her unit in a 1910-built brownstone co-op for $1.99 million. The charming one-bedroom and 1.5-bathroom residence features a unique half-moon window, exposed brick, and a private rooftop terrace.

"With work taking me out of the city so much, I simply couldn't give what it deserved," Posey, who has been spending more time upstate, told the New York Post. "I see someone living there who can tend to it, from the fireplace spanning two stories to the arched window to grow your flowers or herbs … I think a creative person will thrive there. It's a gem," said the Beau is Afraid actor, who paid $1.49 for the home in 2019.

The apartment's living area.

The fireplace in question, clad in red brick and stretching all the way to touch the double-height ceiling, is in an alcove living space on the abode's lower level. An oversized angular window nearby floods the space with sunlight. A large semicircle shaped window graces the neighboring dining area. The lower level also houses a spacious cherry wood kitchen with an amber-hued tile backsplash and a powder room lined with mirrors.

Up one floor via spiral staircase, the home's second level hosts the primary suite, which looks down onto the living area below and has access to a generously sized walk-in closet. There is also a flex office space that doubles as a guest bedroom.

At the top of the winding stairs, the rooftop patio enjoys a retractable awning, built-in planters, and space to lounge or dine. A potting shed provides a serving counter, fridge, and water hookup, making the landscaped spot a prime locale for entertaining.

Matthew Coleman of Coleman Real Estate Group holds the listing.
